How did the AK Group come about?



Alec, the team leader of the AK Group, graduated from Buckeye Valley High School in 2012. He began his real estate career in March of 2015. He is a member of the Columbus Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. He has helped many first time homebuyers find their perfect home. As a lifelong Delaware County resident, he has the knowledge and expertise to help homebuyers and sellers make informed, intelligent choices with what can be a tough process. Alec stays involved in the community by coaching wrestling at BV and officiates both football and wrestling. He looks forward to helping you with your next real estate transaction!



Kelli has been a licensed realtor since April of 1996. She has a BS degree from the University of Cincinnati. She has won numerous awards and has many affiliations. She has been licensed in Ohio (1996), Kentucky (1998), and South Carolina (2008). In Charleston, South Carolina, she was in the top 10% of all Realtors in the market. In the 1990's she sold new construction for Fischer Homes. She holds several designations which include GRI, ABR, RRS, SRES, Prudential Relocation Designation of Distinct Services, and the Prudential Relocation Designation of Marketing Assistance. She is a consistent listing and sales leader and won the largest residential transaction award in 2006. Kelli goes above and beyond her duties of being a realtor to serve her clients! She stays involved in the community by volunteering at the Delaware Common Ground Free store, Buckeye Valley High School, and St. Mary's Catholic Church. She is married to Kevin and has 2 children who currently attend Buckeye Valley High School.


In April, 2018 Alec & Kelli formed the AK Group. The group was formed as both Alec & Kelli were marketing to and knew many of the same people. By teaming up, the possibilities were endless! By joining forces, the client satisfaction, and experience is much smoother, as you are communicating with both of us. We think differently, and talk out solutions to issues that can arise during a transaction. This can, and has saved homes from falling through, simply because there are 2 of us!
